I also felt ill at ease in a few places as I same face to face with my reflection and paused for thought, and hopefully in time some personal growth. I'm a fan of the original Love Factually books by Dr. Duana Welch. This isn't the same thing, FYI. This is a collection of stories and interviews from couples and the other one (by Dr. Welch) is about the science behind dating strategies. Very different books, don't be misled by the name.

We all talk about love and watch it happen in Hollywood movies, but this book helped me make real sense of how love works and how it affects me in ways I never realized.
