I also felt ill at ease in a few places as I same face to face with my reflection and paused for thought, and hopefully in time some personal growth. I'm a fan of the original Love Factually books by Dr. Duana Welch. This isn't the same thing, FYI. This is a collection of stories and interviews from couples and the other one (by Dr. Welch) is about the science behind dating strategies. Very different books, don't be misled by the name.
