Great Book! Reading this book is fairly easy. Garrett Sutton does a great job in breaking down important terminology. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell a business, this is the book that is NEEDED. I like how the book contains checklists of things that are needed to do before taking action. Highly recommend this book.

Good read. Worth the time it takes to go over it at least a couple times.

Great content that covers almost eveything you need to know before buying an existing business or selling the one that you own.
